Senior Finance Officer

Our Client who runs an FMCG Supply chain business is looking to fill the position of a SNR finance Offic =er

The Snr Finance Officer will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the FMCG and/or supply chain industry and be proficient in the use of accounting software. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
•  Develop and manage budgets and cash flow forecasts.  Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.  Manage accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions.  
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvement strategies.  
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.  
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.  
• Supervise the finance team and provide leadership.  
• Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.  
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Finance within the FMCG or Supply Chain industry.  Experience in inventory accounting, distributor finance, cash flow management, and working capital management is highly desirable. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or ERP systems). 
•  Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
