Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • A growing real estate development and investment group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Associate to provide strategic legal advisory services across corporate, commercial, real estate, regulatory compliance and governance matters.

Key Requirements

  • LL.B. and B.L. qualifications with admission to practise law in Nigeria.
  • 7 - 10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, land documentation and title verification.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance, legal risk management and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
