Description

• A reputable construction/real estate company is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer (Finishing & Renovation) to oversee finishing works across construction and renovation projects.
• The ideal candidate will have practical experience in tiling, painting, plumbing fixtures, ceiling installation, wall finishing, and other aspects of building finishing, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building finishing works, including tiling, painting, plastering, screeding, ceiling installation, and plumbing fixtures.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality, accuracy, neatness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Monitor the use of finishing materials, minimize wastage, and ensure materials meet required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve finishing defects, oversee corrective works, and prepare regular site progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a construction or real estate company, particularly in building finishing and renovation.
• Practical knowledge of tiling, painting, plastering, screeding, ceiling works, plumbing fixtures, and other finishing activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct finishing defects.
• Good site coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
