Prestige Homes & Properties Ltd. is seeking a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that showcases the company's properties, strengthens its online presence, attracts prospective buyers and investors, and promotes its real estate offerings across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and digital trends, with the ability to transform property features into compelling content that drives audience engagement and generates business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content for the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create high-quality videos, reels, short-form clips, photographs, graphics, captions, and other multimedia content.
Produce property showcase videos, virtual tours, site visit coverage, client testimonials, and promotional content.
Visit project sites and properties to capture compelling visual content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Plan, develop, and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and calls to action that attract prospective property buyers and investors.
Stay updated on social media trends, popular formats, hashtags, and content strategies relevant to the real estate industry.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with the company's promotional campaigns and business objectives.
Edit videos and photographs using appropriate tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other relevant applications.
Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
Monitor audience engagement, reach, views, shares, comments, and other relevant performance indicators.
Respond to relevant comments and enquiries and direct prospective customers to the appropriate sales representatives.
Develop innovative content ideas to increase brand awareness, build audience trust, and generate qualified leads.
Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
Support the coverage of property launches, inspections, open houses, corporate events, and other company activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or a related discipline is an advantage.
2–5 years of relevant experience in social media content creation, video production, digital media, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous content creation work, preferably for businesses, brands, or real estate companies.
Proficiency in video recording, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats, particularly Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging captions and video scripts.
Knowledge of content planning, storytelling, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to develop fresh ideas independently.
Good communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content projects.
Willingness to travel to property locations and company events when required.
Additional Advantages:
Candidates who can drive and possess a valid driver's licence will have an added advantage, particularly for property site visits, video shoots, inspections, and event coverage.
Candidates residing within Gudu District or its surrounding areas in Abuja will have an added advantage.
Experience creating real estate content, property walkthroughs, drone footage, lifestyle videos, or client testimonial videos will be beneficial.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic digital marketing techniques will be an added advantage.
