Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand that offers wholesale and retail of virgin hair and raw single-donor hair. We offer a variety of hair textures, including straight, wavy, and curly hair. Our hair is carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, India, Burma, and Argentina.

Job Summary

• Onyx Beauty, a luxury hair brand committed to delivering premium hair products and exceptional customer experiences, is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and strengthen its digital presence.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing social media accounts for a luxury, premium, or professional brand.
• They must possess a strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, audience engagement, and social media marketing, with the ability to translate digital visibility into measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality content.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
• Develop creative content concepts that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and appeal to its target audience.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and strengthen online community relationships.
• Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, including reach, engagement, audience growth, leads, and conversions.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Maintain consistency in the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and overall digital presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a luxury, premium, or professional brand is mandatory.
• Demonstrable portfolio of social media accounts managed and campaigns executed.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and use insights to improve results.
• Strong attention to detail and an excellent understanding of visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
