Job Summary
- We are looking for a driven and stylish Store Manager to lead our showroom and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth:
- Own and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the showroom
- Convert walk-in clients, leads, and enquiries into paying customers
- Upsell and cross-sell furniture, decor, curtains, lighting, and interior services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, and real estate clients
- Follow up on quotations and close deals
Showroom & Store Operations:
- Ensure showroom is always clean, well-merchandised, and visually appealing per brand standards
- Manage product display, price tags, stock arrangement
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures
- Ensure all products, samples, and catalogs are available and in good condition
Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional, luxury customer service
- Advise clients on products, materials, colors, and interior solutions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Team Leadership & Inventory:
- Supervise and motivate sales associates, cashiers, and store assistants
- Set daily targets and review team performance
- Manage stock, do regular stock counts, and liaise with warehouse/procurement
- Report on sales, best-sellers, slow-movers, and customer feedback
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience as Store Manager, Showroom Manager, or Senior Sales Lead
- Must have proven sales experience - preferably in furniture, interior design, tiles, sanitary ware, home decor, fashion retail, or luxury retail
- Strong understanding of sales closing, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Passion for interior design - you don't need to be a designer, but you must have good taste
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, sales reporting, and POS systems
- B.Sc / HND in Business Admin, Marketing, Interior Design or related field is an added advantage
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly + Transport and Lunch allowance.
