Its activities include EPC, pipeline construction, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), trenchless construction, dredging, fabrication, civil works, and other heavy asset-intensive projects.

Job Title: Strategy & Operations Excellence Manager
Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Operations & Strategy Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into measurable plans, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Drive operational excellence and eliminate process waste.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives.
- Develop performance dashboards and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
- Establish accountability frameworks and performance review processes.
- Develop SOPs and operational playbooks.
- Coach managers and teams on operational excellence and performance management.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years' relevant experience, including 3+ years in a senior management/interim executive role.
- Strong experience in EPC, construction, or asset-intensive operations.
- Proven experience in strategy execution, performance management, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard and SMART objectives.
- Proficiency in BI/dashboard and ERP tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive organisational change.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
