Job Summary

• Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure efficient service delivery.
• The successful candidate willmonitor employee performance, maintain operational standards, resolve customer complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate team members and achieve operational targets in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assign duties, monitor task completion, and ensure employees adhere to established work schedules.
• Ensure that products and services meet the organization's quality standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, and overall performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members.
• Address customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor the use of equipment, materials, supplies, and other organizational resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports for management.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions for improved efficiency.
• Support the training, onboarding, and development of new and existing employees.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and a positive work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the work environment.
• Escalate significant operational issues, employee misconduct, and customer complaints to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or general operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where operationally required.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
