- Proven experience in fashion tailoring
- Must be able to operate direct-drive and taping machines
- Good knowledge of garment construction and finishing
- Ability to read and work from patterns/samples
- Excellent cutting and accurate measurements
- Neat finishing and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and production targets
- Good work ethic, reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
