Job Title: Technical Facility Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Description

  • Relief360 Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Facility Manager to oversee facility operations and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance faults.
  • Monitor generators, pumps, water treatment systems and other facility equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain asset registers, work orders and maintenance reports.
  • Coordinate specialist contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • OND/HND in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; equivalent relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong practical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Good organisational, communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in facility or building maintenance is an advantage.
