Job Title: Technical Management Trainee
Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Management of network faults and resolution.
Diagnosis, neutralization, and correction of hardware, software, and configuration.
Manage escalated tickets in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for installing, preparing, and troubleshooting Telecoms network equipment.
Responsible for modifying the circuitry to improve the network performance.
Requirements
1st Class or a minimum of Second Class Upper Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.
A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in telecommunications or an engineering field will be an added advantage.
Must have completed NYSC.
0–2 years’ experience in Telecommunications.
Not more than 30 Years of age.
Must be prepared to work in any part of Nigeria.
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite will be an added advantage.
