Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Territory Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the territory.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG sales, territory management, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of the Makurdi market and surrounding areas.

Salary
N190,000 Net / Month.
