As a SageForge Associate, you will work within one of the diverse businesses that make up CapitalSage Holdings, a fast-growing African business group. You will see first-hand how businesses are built, scaled, governed and sustained while developing the leadership, commercial and operational capabilities required for long-term success.

Successful applicants will participate in a six-week development journey, comprising three weeks of intensive training in either Ibadan or Akure, followed by three weeks of hands-on experience within a CapitalSage business.
