The Pistis Firm - Our client, a Reputable Travel Agency based in Mabushi, Abuja, is recruiting experienced candidates to fill the position below:

 Job Position: Ticketing Officer
Job Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS.
  • Handle bookings, re-issues, re-routing, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Advise clients on fares, schedules, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle ticketing enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Officer in a travel agency.
  • Proficiency in GDS — Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is compulsory.
  • Good knowledge of airline ticketing policies and IATA procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must reside in Abuja. Candidates around Mabushi, Wuse, Jabi, Utako, or Gwarimpa are preferred.

Salary
N175,000 - N200,000 monthly.
