Job Title: Treasury Manager

Job Summary

• The Treasury Manager will oversee the company’s cash flow, liquidity management, banking relationships, and treasury operations to ensure effective utilisation of funds and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash management.
• Monitor bank balances, payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate favourable banking terms.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and financial controls.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate control measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant treasury or finance experience, including managerial experience.
• ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
