We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Position: Visual Content Producer / Videographer & Editor

Job Location:Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • Bisimkha Homes is seeking a creative and highly skilled Visual Content Producer to join our growing real estate media team in Abuja.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to shoot, edit and tell compelling stories through video, particularly for real estate, property tours, interviews and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot high-quality video and photography for property and corporate content.
  • Produce property tours, interviews, reels, short-form videos and YouTube content.
  • Edit footage into polished, engaging content for multiple platforms.
  • Understand visual storytelling, composition, lighting and cinematography.
  • Operate gimbals and other production equipment.
  • Drone photography/videography capability is an advantage.
  • Work independently on location and in the studio.
  • Collaborate with the content team to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
  • Maintain and organize media files and production assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Videographer/Content Producer/Video Editor.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating quality video production and editing.
  • Proficiency with professional video-editing software.
  • Good understanding of social-media video formats.
  • Strong storytelling and creative instincts.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel within and outside Abuja for property/site shoots.
  • Experience in real estate, property, architecture or construction content is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly, based on experience and capability.
