Objective

  • The Volunteers and registered Sub-CBOs/NGOs to partner with us in implementing a Clubfoot Intervention Programme.

General Expectations

  • Volunteers and partner organizations will be expected to identify at least 10 clubfoot cases every month and refer identified cases to designated clubfoot treatment clinics.
  • They will submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and participate in weekly performance review meetings and clinic reporting sessions.
  • Partners will also conduct home visits to identify and refer new cases, follow up with patients who have defaulted from treatment, provide counseling and family support, and monitor treatment adherence and progress.
  • They will also be responsible for tracking important performance indicators after each clinic visit.
  • These indicators will include the number of patients treated, treatment outcomes, successful corrections, complications, patient satisfaction, and the timeliness of treatment and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have access to an Android smartphone, be able to provide a dedicated community caseworker or ad-hoc staff at the LGA level, and communicate effectively in the local language.
  • Organizations should also have the capacity to conduct community mobilization, outreach, and engagement, particularly with Primary Health Care facilities.
  • Experience working with PHCs during Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Week activities, especially in relation to clubfoot services, will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants should also demonstrate the ability to work with civil society organizations, religious groups, families, and communities to identify and enroll children with clubfoot.
  • Most importantly, all partners must demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding principles.

Questions about applying

They see your structured profile as it stands at the moment you apply, plus your CV if you have one attached. That snapshot is frozen - if you edit your profile next week, this application still shows what you sent today. Your salary expectation is never sent unless you choose to include it.
Yes. The match figure is for you, not for them - Positive Care & Development Foundation does not see it. The apply button works the same regardless of your match percentage.
Because boards rewrite titles when they republish. All copies of this vacancy are the same job at the same employer with the same closing date. We show the employer's own wording and list the rest above so you know you have already seen it.
It appears in your application tracker straight away. Because this application is handled here rather than on an external site, you will see the status change as Positive Care & Development Foundation moves it - viewed, shortlisted, interviewing or declined. Roles that redirect to an employer's own site cannot be tracked that way, and we say so on those listings.
This employer has not yet been checked against the corporate register. Regardless of any of that, no employer on this platform may ask you for money at any stage. If this one does, report it and tell us what they asked for.
