About DSS recruitment
DSS does not run open-call recruitment the way other paramilitary services do. Interested candidates typically express interest through the official site, after which the agency conducts background vetting before invitation. Beware of fake DSS recruitment portals - the agency's primary channel is dss.gov.ng.
Beware of recruitment scams. Department of State Services never collects application fees. If anyone asks you to pay for a form, slot, or "guaranteed placement", it is fraud. Report to EFCC on 0809 326 3322 and apply only through the official portal link above.
