Alaba Shonibare & Cos long association with real estate began with the establishment of the first private housing estate in Nigeria, Shonibare Estate, by Chief S. O. Shonibare over 60 years ago.
Since that time, the Chairman has been dedicated to the development of viable and sustainable communities across the Globe. Alaba Shonibare & Co is now a Real Estate Services firm that develops, manages assets and invests across a range of sectors including, but not limited to, residential and commercial real estate. In addition, we at Alaba Shonibare & Co also incubate the development of project concepts at all the development stages by leveraging on our global platform as well as our multifaceted experience and expertise.
