Shonibare over 60 years ago.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • A reputable Property Management Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Electrical repairs & maintenance
  • Lighting, sockets, switches & wiring
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Routine electrical inspections across managed properties
  • Preventative maintenance and general electrical works.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience as an electrician
  • Good knowledge of electrical installations, repairs & fault finding
  • Experience with residential/commercial properties is an advantage
  • Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
  • Ability to respond to maintenance issues promptly
  • Relevant electrical qualification/certification is an added advantage.
