Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Are you organised, detail-oriented, and skilled with numbers?
  • Beaconhill Smile Group is seeking a competent and reliable Account Assistant to support our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and account balancing.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support payroll processing and financial reporting.
  • Track daily transactions and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.

Requirements

  • HND, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team.
  • Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos, is an added advantage.
