Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
  • Reconcile sales, POS transactions, cash receipts, and bank statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense documentation.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with stock reconciliations and flag discrepancies.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in retail or a supermarket is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and integrity.
