We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and accounting documents.
- Record and reconcile daily hotel income, expenses and transactions.
- Monitor cash, POS and bank transactions and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and outstanding debts.
- Verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
- Prepare payroll schedules and assist with staff salary processing.
- Monitor hotel expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Conduct regular cash and stock-related financial checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and tax purposes.
- Liaise with management, suppliers, banks and auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, internal controls and company policies.
- Provide management with accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
