We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
  • Record daily sales, expenses, purchases, and payments
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  • Reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions
  • Monitor income and expenditure
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Assist with payroll and other accounting duties
  • Monitor inventory-related financial records
  • Ensure proper documentation and accountability of funds
  • Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous accounting experience, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadline.
