Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing of retail banking products and services
  • Check pickups (revenue collection)
  • Prepare call memos
  • Prepare target market list
  • Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
  • Assist with loan request documentation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Onboarding:Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
  • Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
  • Product Promotion:Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
  • Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.

Requirements

  • Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, BSC
  • Age: Not more than 35years.
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience is required.
