Job Title: Agent Field Officer (AFO)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing of retail banking products and services.
- Check pickups (revenue collection).
- Prepare call memos.
- Prepare target market list.
- Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group.
- Assist with loan request documentation.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Customer Onboarding:Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
- Product Promotion:Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
- Target Achievement:Meet and exceed daily / monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, BSc Degree.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience is required.
Salary
N115,000 - N130,000 monthly.
