Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Preference will be given to candidates residing around Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Oniru,and surrounding areas)

Job Summary

• A leading commercial law firm in Lagos is seeking to hire a smart, proactive and technology-driven Associate Counsel with 2–5 years post-call experience.
• We are looking for a lawyer who combines strong legal fundamentals with commercial awareness, initiative and technological fluency. Someone who is capable of delivering high-quality work, taking ownership and thriving in a fast-paced professional environment.

Requirements
Preferred candidate will ideally have:

• Strong legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance and general legal advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong command of Microsoft Office, AI tools, digital workflows and technology-enabled legal practice.
• The ability to work effectively with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured professional processes.
• Excellent organisational skills, responsiveness and attention to detail;
• A commercially minded approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Advantage:

• The ability to drive, possession of a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle will be an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N600,000 per month.
