Quicky Chillis, a 24 hours restaurant, is recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Auditor

Location: Oju Ore, Sango Ota - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and surprise checks on all cashier reports, POS, transfers, and cash lodgments
  • Verify that every sale has a corresponding bill/receipt and that no sales are suppressed
  • Check for fake discounts, voided bills, deleted sales, and unauthorized comps
  • Conduct surprise stock counts for bar, kitchen, store, and lounge consumables
  • Reconcile physical stock with book stock from Kitchen Accountant and Storekeeper
  • Investigate all variances, shortages, and overages
  • Audit all market purchases, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers
  • Verify market prices, weights, quantities, and confirm goods were actually received
  • Ensure all expenses have approval and supporting documents.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
