Key Responsibilities

  • Door Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
  • Building Framework Construction: Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
  • Carry out structural alterations, including building or dismantling partitions and wooden frameworks.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing wooden structures and fittings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment requirements in all tasks.

Relevant work experience/qualification

  • NABTEB / Trade Test qualification in carpentry or a related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
