You’ll join a fast-moving team that cares about both the food on the plate and the way it reaches guests. We’re looking for a chef who can cook well under live-service pressure and explain the choices behind their dishes.
Responsibilities
Prepare dishes to the agreed standard during live service.
Keep pace with orders without compromising food quality.
Check food safety and hygiene throughout preparation and service.
Explain cooking choices and respond to feedback.
Help colleagues improve while maintaining kitchen standards.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience
Practical cooking ability
Hospitality kitchen or food-service experience
Live-service pace and quality
