Responsibilities
Greet arriving guests warmly and respond to the occasion they are celebrating.
Guide guests to suitable tables and check that they are comfortable.
Manage the entrance and seating plan during busy service.
Hand guests over promptly to a waiter or waitress.
Follow up on guest concerns with servers and managers until resolved.
