Conduct site inspections and assess construction materials and workmanship.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Review engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and engineering practices.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years\' relevant experience, preferably in real estate or building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and project supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
COREN registration or eligibility is an advantage.
