Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain excellent service standards, control costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage, supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle complaints and feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and customer retention.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, food costs, and operational expenses.
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor food and service quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliation, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance of restaurant facilities, equipment, and general cleanliness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar operations.
• Proven experience managing restaurant teams and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory, cost control, and restaurant operations.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS/restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

N250,000 Monthly.
