We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing an assigned kitchen section, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Manage and maintain an assigned section of the kitchen
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
  • Monitor ingredients, minimise waste, and communicate stock requirements
  • Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during daily operations

Requirements

  • Culinary qualification or relevant professional training
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
