Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations, cleanliness, and high food preparation standards.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with kitchen supplies, and supporting the chefs during service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
  • Wash, clean, and properly store kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen area
  • Assist with receiving, organising, and storing kitchen supplies
  • Support chefs and other kitchen staff during service

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to cleanliness
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
