Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.
Strong knowledge of property valuation and real estate transactions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
Professional certification or membership with NIESV is an advantage.
