Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Durumi, Area 1 - Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of closing deals?
• We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our mission of making homeownership more accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage high-performing sales executives.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
• Plus attractive sales commissions.
