Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Ikota Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are a fast-growing NSCDC licensed security company providing manned guarding, patrol, and electronic security to corporate clients across Lagos.
  • We need an experienced Sales Manager who can bring and close corporate security contracts and also coordinate sales activities of the area Sales managers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new guarding contracts (20-100 guards per client)
  • Manage relationships with Estate Excos, Bank Admins, Factory Managers, School Owners
  • Prepare proposals, SLAs, and pricing with Operations
  • Achieve monthly target of new Monthly Contract Value
  • Maintain CRM and weekly sales pipeline report
  • Coordinate the company's area sales managers across other areas/territories in Nigeria

Requirements

  • 5-7 years as Sales Manager / BDM in a known security company (Halogen, Bemil, King Guards, Transguard, etc.)
  • Must have verifiable client portfolio in Lagos (Estates, Banks, Factories, Hotels)
  • Strong proposal writing and closing skills

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 gross Base + Attractive Commission
