We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand & Media Manager

Location: Durumi, Area 1, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking to hire an experienced and highly proactive professional that can own our brand and media presence, and turn visibility into leads and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and run brand strategy, messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Manage all social media accounts: content planning, posting, community engagement and growth
  • Create and direct content: photos, reels, ads, flyers, property listings and campaign creatives
  • Plan, run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google) to lower cost per lead and increase enquiries
  • Manage media and PR efforts to increase visibility, inspection bookings and sales
  • Lead and supervise the video editor, community manager and other media creatives
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ad ROI) and report to management.
  • Work with the sales team to align campaigns with sales targets and project launches

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in brand, media or marketing management, including time in a real estate company
  • Proven social media management experience
  • Hands-on videography and video editing skills
  • Strong experience in ads optimization and performance tracking
  • Strong content creation and campaign strategy skills
  • Track record of driving visibility that led to measurable sales or leads
  • Leadership, communication and time-management skills
  • Portfolio and sample campaign results required.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
