We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor

Location: Durumi, Area 1 - Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking to bring onboard a creative and experienced videographer/ video editor in a fully onsite capacity that can turn property footage into content that makes buyers stop scrolling and enquire.

Responsibilities

  • Edit property walkthroughs, site tours, project updates, testimonials, reels and ads
  • Add motion graphics, captions, music, sound design and color grading
  • Adapt videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp formats
  • Work with the Brand & Media Manager to meet content calendars and campaign deadlines
  • Organize and archive raw footage and final files
  • Apply feedback quickly and keep brand style consistent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' video editing experience in a real estate company or real estate brand
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
  • Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling and property-focused visuals
  • Portfolio of real estate videos (required)
  • Able to work with digital camera for shooting
  • Added advantage: videography or drone footage skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
