Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market assessments.
  • Manage property leasing, sales, and property management activities.
  • Prepare valuation reports, property documentation, and market research.
  • Advise clients on property investments, rental values, and market trends.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuation and real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Professional certification or membership with NIESV is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
