We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Victoria Island (V.I), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's properties and real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
  • Organise property viewings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate with prospective clients and support the closing of property sales and leases.
  • Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and professional.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
