Job Description

  • We are seeking  to employ a Clinical Research Manager to lead our research and product development, strengthen medical collaborations, drive strategic medical outreach, and align clinical expertise with marketing initiatives at Fidson Healthcare Plc.

Drug & Business Research Insights:

  • Coordinate collection, analysis and transformation of data on Pharma market trends, clinical trials & competitor intelligence into actionable insights to guide product development.
  • Analyze the healthcare landscape to identify market opportunities, risks, and competing product lines.
  • Track sales data, pricing strategies, and pharmaceutical consumption patterns across various regions in Nigeria.
  • Design and execute primary and secondary clinical research, including physician surveys and patient-journey studies.

Patent Expiration Tracking:

  • Track patent expiration dates of critical innovator molecules
  • Flag off-patent products and present market opportunities for such products

Clinical & R&D Support:

  • Design data collection processes for clinical trials and efficacy studies ·      
  • Assisting clinical research teams in outlining trial protocols, establishing testing sites

Cross-function & Compliance:

  • Partner with regulatory affairs and marketing departments to align product development goals with market needs. 
  • Monitor evolving health policies and guidelines set by NAFDAC, Federal Ministry of Health and the WHO.
  • Ensure all research, clinical, and marketing data complies with local data protection and ethical guidelines
