Cars45 is seeking an experienced Consumer Financing & Partnerships Executive to support and optimize the consumer financing lifecycle, drive strategic financing partnerships, and support profitable business growth through innovative financing solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financing partnerships, managing partner relationships, driving financing transactions, conducting credit and market analysis, and creating strategies that enhance customer acquisition and conversion through consumer financing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end consumer financing lifecycle.
Develop and execute consumer financing strategies that attract customers and drive revenue growth.
Establish and manage partnerships with Banks, NBFIs, and other financing institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financing partners, referral sources, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Perform initial credit assessments and support financing transaction processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financing processes and technology platforms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, data protection, and risk management requirements.
Train customers and partners on financing products and documentation requirements.
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide monthly and quarterly reports.
Work closely with the Marketing team to improve financing lead generation and conversion channels.
Requirements
Education:
HND or B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Sciences, Sales, or any related field.
Experience:
3–5 years post-NYSC experience.
Experience in consumer financing, banking, investment, business analysis, strategy, project management, or business development.
Experience in B2B partnership management and financial modeling is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle models is an advantage.
