Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Structure: Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week

Job Description

• Cynosure Realty Limited is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage the company’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, shoot, and edit engaging videos and visual content for social media platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent content delivery.
• Create compelling content that promotes the company’s properties, investment opportunities, and brand.
• Monitor social media performance, track engagement, and prepare periodic reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and content marketing strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and support lead generation through social media.
• Collaborate with the sales and media teams to align content with marketing objectives.
• Run ads.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven 3 - 5 yearsexperience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, videos, and creative content.
• Experience working with a real estate company or a related industry is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Ability to shoot quality videos using a smartphone,professional camera and drone.
• Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Experience running social media ads and managing digital campaigns is an added advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver quality content consistently.
• Must be willing to work onsite three days a week and remotely two days a week.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
