Job Title: Content Creator 

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a female creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual and social media content that showcases our properties, strengthens our brand, and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas for property campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and identify relevant trends that can be adapted for the brand.
  • Produce property-focused content that effectively communicates features, lifestyle, and value.
  • Organise and maintain content assets and media files.
  • Must be eloquent and speak well.
  • Must be familiar with real estate terminology.
  • Should always look presentable and camera ready.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
  • Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Real estate, property, lifestyle, or related industry experience is an advantage.
  • Portfolio of previous work is required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
