Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Position Overview
- The Content Creator & Social Media Manager is responsible for producing high-quality digital content, managing social media platforms, and driving audience growth.
- This role focuses on daily content execution, platform optimization, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution:
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create BTS documentation of set builds, foam work, scenic painting, prop fabrication, studio shoots, and client projects.
- Produce educational, entertaining, and brand-aligned content series.
Social Media Management:
- Implement growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage posting schedules, hashtags, trends, and algorithm optimization.
- Respond to comments, manage DMs, and build an active community.
- Track analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Create promotional content for studio rental packages, props catalog, and creative services.
- Collaborate with Brand Manager on campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating reels, shorts, thumbnails, and social media graphics.
Creative Documentation:
- Capture film/photo projects for digital portfolio and online showcases.
- Maintain organized content libraries and digital archives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- TikTok: 10-20% monthly follower growth.
- Instagram: 15-30% monthly follower growth.
- YouTube: consistent monthly video output + subscriber growth.
- Engagement rate: 18-32% minimum.
- Content output:
- TikTok: 12-20 videos/month
- Instagram: 12-16 posts/reels/month.
Required Skills &Experience
- 3years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of film production, photography, studio operations, and creative industries.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work fast, adapt to trends, and produce high-volume content.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
