We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Content Creator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing hotel rooms, facilities, food, drinks, events, and guest experiences.
- Develop creative concepts, reels, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
- Capture content for La Spiga Restaurant, Four Degrees Rooftop, the pool area, and hotel events.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant, engaging content.
- Develop a content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate with the management, restaurant, and operations teams to promote hotel offerings.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Support promotional campaigns, special offers, and event coverage.
- Maintain the hotel's visual identity and ensure all content reflects its brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video formats.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and execute them independently.
- A strong portfolio of previously created content is required.
- Good communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and capture content during events, weekends, or special occasions when required.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food, or luxury brand content is an advantage.
