Job Summary
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Corporate Recruitment & HR Team Lead to supervise HR assistants, coordinate corporate recruitment mandates, strengthen client relationships, and ensure efficient, high-quality HR service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive team performance while resolving operational challenges.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and evaluate HR assistants and newly onboarded recruitment staff.
Manage end-to-end corporate recruitment processes, from vacancy intake and sourcing to shortlisting, interview coordination, client feedback, and placement closure.
Maintain effective client communication, follow up on delayed vacancies, and proactively address at-risk accounts.
Coordinate HR administration, employee records, onboarding, compliance, and employee/client service issues.
Ensure new recruiters receive adequate guidance and attend client interviews under experienced supervision during onboarding.
Maintain accurate vacancy trackers, recruitment deadlines, performance reports, and weekly improvement plans.
Drive recruitment targets, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Preferably 3–5+ years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, HR procedures, staffing, and employment matters.
Demonstrated experience coaching junior colleagues and managing corporate client relationships.
Excellent organisational, communication, problem-solving, and performance-tracking skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates.
Experience in a recruitment agency, HR outsourcing, or HR consulting firm is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Competitive monthly salary of N250,000 – N300,000, commensurate with experience and suitability.
