Job Summary

• As the Creative Director, you will lead the development of compelling content, brand communication, and creative marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s real estate brand, drive audience engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas and campaigns aligned with the company’s real estate brand and marketing objectives.
• Create compelling written content, including social media content, website copy, property descriptions, marketing materials, and other brand communications.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience engagement, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
• Lead copywriting and brand messaging to ensure consistent, persuasive, and professional communication across all platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to translate property offerings and business objectives into engaging creative concepts and campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, industry trends, and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas and improve brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, English, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in creative direction, content marketing, copywriting, or brand communication, with proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong expertise in email marketing, content writing, copywriting, and creative content development.
• Excellent understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, social media, and audience engagement.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, storytelling, and project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
